Is my CU OnLine access disabled after a period of inactivity?
Yes. With the old system, we did not have a need to disable the access, but it is necessary with the new system in order to manage licensing costs. The period will be defined as “approximately the last 6 months.” This process will not go into effect before August 1, 2011.Until then, any LBS Financial Member who has used CU OnLine within the last few years will be able to log into the new system without re-enrolling.To regain access, simply complete the Sign Up / Reset Password link and complete the short form. All of your setups (Multi-Factor Authentication, recurring transfers, account nicknames, etc.) will still be there.
