Our plan is partly a dental insurance plan. It has a list of insured benefits based upon the particular plan of which you are a member – either the Preventive Plus or the Restorative Plus. The additional services are covered under a discount Fee Schedule that is only available at the Participating General Dentists in your area. You can enjoy the use of your Preventive Plus benefits without deductibles, preexisting conditions, or maximum benefit limitations. If you have the Restorative Plus benefits, you have a $50 annual deductible per person and the listed restorative services are covered at 100% at your Participating General Dentist office or according to the schedule of benefits at any other dentist. For all other services, you, as the patient, pay your dentist the discounted fee in your Dental Fee Schedule as long as you are using a Participating General Dentist office.
