No he is not sick puppies need a lot of sleep I have a dog who is 3 but he still sleeps about 18 hours a day and eating weeds and plants won’t kill your dogs he may just have been hungry and puppies teeth just like babies do when their teeth hurt which is also normal if he is chewing on things
