relative to Murphy except in the version of Murphy’s law which says that if something can go wrong, it will go wrong, and at the worst possible time and having the worst consequences. That’s pretty specific and not something that is timed with a clock. You can’t get that kind of specificity in quantum mechanics because of relativity, if for no other reason.
