Is Murphy and Dwyer Academy a public, private, or charter school?
MDA is not a public or charter school. Murphy and Dwyer Academy is a private school serving students with Aspergers Syndrome, High-Functioning Autism and other Neurointegrative learning differences. Prospective students who are accepted are accepted based on Murphy and Dwyer Academy and the students team (MDA, parents, school district) making a collaborative decision that MDA is an appropriate placement for the student.
