Is Munder a no-load family of funds?
No. The Munder Funds offer several different classes of shares, although not all Funds offer the same classes. A complete description of the available classes can be found in each Fund’s prospectus. Class A, Class B and Class C shares carry front-end or contingent deferred sales charges. Other than a $2,500 investment minimum, there are no eligibility restrictions on Class A, Class B or Class C shares. Class B shares are, however, currently subject to a soft close and are therefore only available to limited categories of investors. Class K, Class R, Class Y and Class I are not available to all investors. Class K shares are only offered to customers of Comerica Bank and certain other financial institutions. Class R shares are only offered through 401(k) and other similar plans or programs.
