Multi-Tech supplies its customers with a software packages that, among other things, allows its customers to access the Internet and the company’s services. The software packages consists of Microsoft and Netscape browsers which are bundled with third party software. Multi-Tech believes that the current shipping version of its software package is Year 2000 ready. In addition, the Company believes that substantially all of its customer base is presently using a version of the software package that is Year 2000 ready.
