Is MTP the same in every EU country or is there a difference between the training programmes, for example, in Italy and Denmark?
There is a basic design and structure of all MTP training programmes in the various EU countries. Nevertheless, all participants should be aware of the European dimension of MTP. If a participant, for example, is hosted in Denmark, this may have some different implications for the character and culture of the internship, daily life, business culture, the way of accommodation etc. which differ from those e.g. in Italy or Germany. The participants will therefore get a first hand experience concerning the diversity of the EU member countries with their specific traditions. What is Local MTP? Local MTP is a new programme, first implemented as a pilot programme in MTP 2. Within MTP 4, Local MTP offers up to 60 internships in the affiliates of Western European companies based in Russia and Ukraine. It is open for managers from Russia and Ukraine only.
