This high security Federal facility does research and development on biological agents used for germ warfare and in viral animal diseases. The center has a long history of safety problems as the folowing newspaper articles make clear. Could Mayor Giuliani’s insistence on repeatedly dousing the City with a toxic chemical, Malathion, have a connection to something being released either accidentally or deliberately from this facility?
