No, its not. The Game engine does not support it, it just isnt possible. However there is work being done of a MUD based on The Elder Scrolls and this has received Bethesda’s Blessing. Perhaps Bethesda will incorperate a Multi Player option into TES 4, but dont get your hopes up. If it really Bothers you that much get Everquest, NeverWinter Nights or some other such On-line Game.
