Moreau Emergency Squad, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation organized under the New York State Not-For-Profit Corporation Law and has been in existence for over 52 years. We are tax-exempt under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. This means that all of our revenue must be put back into the organizational budget. We are not a public agency.
