The Georgia Teacher Evaluation Program (GTEP) is a state approved teacher evaluation program which includes two instruments: (1) the Georgia Teacher Observation Instrument (GTOI) and (2) the Georgia Teacher Duties/Responsibilities Instrument (GTDRI). Each is designed to improve teacher quality, increase student achievement, and provide performance remediation if necessary.
