Is miracle whip healthy?
It’s actually not all that unhealthy. I had posted a response to your other question about your tuna-sandwich dinner and had said that maybe you should use light mayo instead, but actually Miracle Whip is better for you than Hellman’s Light mayo (I looked it up online). 35 calories for a Tbsp or two isn’t bad at all, if used in moderation, and the 3 grams of fat are healthy fats, not trans fats or saturated fats. The only reason why you should use it in moderation is because you want as many of your calories as possible to come from foods that have nutrients. the 35 calories from Miracle Whip would be called “empty calories” because they don’t contain any nutrition. Some empty calories are fine, as long as they don’t make up the bulk of your calories.
