I’m a 15 year aged mannish and I enjoy be trying to gain muscle size and strength on my upper body. I hold be working out for around 7 weeks (failure type workouts) and enjoy notice polite results (including my abs). However, I own also notice a bit more hefty surrounded by my frontage, and I be wondering if that be due to how much milk I enjoy be drinking. I try to find around 6 specs of skim milk respectively and every morning (which is around 100% of my each day protein intake). Would that also be a moral diet if I be to merely drink skim milk and low calorie foods so that I preserve my corpulent ration down and my muscle attainment protein up? I’m asking this because I read surrounded by Men’s Fitness magazine that milk is the best compassionate of supplement because of its large protein and low caloric intake.
