Is Midlands Choice involved in the claims payment process?
(top) Network providers submit claims directly to Midlands Choice either electronically or on paper. Midlands Choice re-prices the claim according to the appropriate fee schedule or contracted discount, then forwards the claim on to the appropriate insurance carrier for payment. Midlands Choice does not pay claims. If you have a question regarding payment of a claim, its important you contact your insurance carrier instead of Midlands Choice.
