Most of them are pre-pubescent males with serious self-esteem issues whose only way to feel good about themselves is to act belligerent and rude online. If you confronted them face to face, they’d probably pee their pants. Your best advice is to just ignore them. Posting ‘why don’t you shut up’ replies only feeds their anger over being such ineffectual losers with no lives outside of their PC and their Xbox.
