MHE does not include any of the toxic chemicals classified as Priority Existing Chemicals by NICNAS i.e. pentabromodiphenyl ether, octabromodiphenyl ether, decabromodiphenyl ether, hexabromocyclododecane and tetrabromobisphenol A. Other chemicals, e.g. non-priority, are categorised as existing chemicals with individual CAS Numbers. MHE does not contain any of the above chemicals and does therefore not have to be notified with NICNAS. 13. Is MHE patented? Yes, MHE is patented world-wide.
