While the investor cannot change with the refinance, our New Insured/Servicer RTM Program is open to all investors. Fannie Mae’s DU Refi Plus and Freddie Mac’s Relief Refinance Mortgage – Open Access programs allow a New Insured/Servicer HARP transaction.
