Is mexico a good honeymoon destination?
Mexico can be the perfect honeymoon destination- it all depends one where you go. You should avoid common resort/party towns like Cancun or Cabo San Lucas…there are tons of tourists and rowdy college students (hardly the crowd you’re looking for). I would recommend staying in small fishing villages/towns that are developed enough to cater to tourists, but not overdeveloped and…well, fake. The Mayan Riviera (southern Mexico, on the Carribean) is gorgeous. The beaches are beautiful and breathtaking. You can search for places to stay, or consult a guidebook. If you are looking for a very secluded area, I would recommend searching for islands to stay at off the Caribbean coast.
