Is Mexican food all the same stuff just folded differently?

If you get it at Taco Bell or your average Mexican restaurant it is. But Mexican food, real Mexican food is all over the place. It’s spicy sometimes but more often than not, just right. It’s stews and BBQ and fish and other meats. Most do not have cheese. IN Mexico they don’t often use lettuce and tomato. They use cabbage. The cheeses they do use are very different, creamier and tangy. Desserts are sweet.
