Is mew mew power the same as tokyo mew mew?
Yes, Mew Mew Power is the dubbed version of Tokyo Mew Mew. They did change a few elements for the dubbed version, so you might want to watch the first few episodes of Tokyo Mew Mew to get the base storyline straight. You should then be able to go to Tokyo Mew Mew episode 24 to pick up from where Mew Mew Power left off. EDITED TO ADD: They only did 23 episodes for the dubbed version, so if you skip, skip ahead to episode 24 of Tokyo Mew Mew.
