METRA provides easy service to elderly and disabled passengers. Buses that are equipped with wheel-chair lifts are available on all routes and wheelchair tie-downs are available on 100% of METRA’s bus fleet. METRA has a TDD Schedule Information telephone number for the hearing impaired, call (706) 653-4414. Also, our Dial-A-Ride program provides curb-to-curb transportation for eligible disabled persons unable to use our fixed-route service. Click here for more information about Dial-A-Ride.
