Aristotle was the first philosopher who really wrote about the Metaphysical world. While it is beyond the physical world, the metaphysical is entwined with the physical realm. If you want A LOT more info on it, read Aristotle’s treatise entitled “Metaphysics” or read a dialog of Socrates’. Those ancient Greek philosophers loved the metaphysical.

Metaphysical means “beyond physical”. Meta = above, beyond In an absolutely technical sense, “metaphysical” does not necessitate “supernatural”. However, in a more general sense, “metaphysical” is most often used in regard to non-provable explanations for physical events.
