Is mestrual cycle like bleeding soon after post-partum bleeding normal?

Every woman’s body is different. I personally didn’t have a menstrual cycle while breastfeeding but I had the post partum bleeding for a good two to three weeks. My own sister had heavy bleeding while breastfeeding. So again every body is different. I would say you are probably normal. Unless there are chunks coming out in your bleeding you probably don’t have a lot to worry about. The chunks of blood could mean you are hemorrhaging and that’s dangerous so contact your doctor IMMEDIATELY if you have that. But there are a lot of reasons you could be tired (hello! You have a young baby you’re getting up to feed at all hours of the night). So try to eliminate all the possibilities as best you can. Try to get some rest and relax, sometimes stress can cause your body to do things it normally wouldn’t. Again my little sister had bleeding, light and heavy for three months after her baby was born. Just constant and her doctor gave her a clean bill of health. It’s nerve wracking I know.
