Is mesotherapy used in hair loss treatment?
Yes. In Turkey it is presented as an alternative in hair loss treatment. Unfortunately, a medicine called minoxidil (rogaine) injected in to the skin which the patient can get the same effect by smearing it. Hundreds of needless injections and bearing hundreds of side-effect risks doesn’t seem rational. In genetic hair loss treatment, medicine like finasteride and rogaine (minoxidi) are scientifically researched and their side effects havebenn brought up to public. In brief, you can have the same effect by smearing the same medicine in stead of having it by painful and needless injection. Is hair mesotherapy FDA approved? No.
