Is merchant payments reversible?
• All merchant payments received through the titanmoneyexpress system are irreversible once executed. titanmoneyexpress is transacting in cash only (hard currency)… the merchant stays paid!. This does not apply to illegal transaction activities! • Payments received via credit card (soft currency) through external processors linked through titanmoneyexpress may be subject to reversals especially if suspected merchant fraud has been reported or if the customer requests a legitimate “chargeback”.
