Is mens urine sterile?

No, not at all, but when urine first exits the body, it is more clean than a lot of other liquids around us. If there is no disease in a person’s body that can be carried by urine, then the urine is, from an emergency standpoint, “safe” to drink and to be used to rinse out a wound. That said, however, anyone would be taking huge risks in using urine for such purposes outside the most desperate circumstances. And even then it would be almost unthinkable, and certainly it would be cause for a lawsuit, say in a desert, for one man to use his own urine to wash another person’s wound or to keep someone from dying of thirst. Goddess protect us from such circumstances!
