Like Medicare PDPs, MAPDs (Medicare Advantage plans that offer prescription drug coverage) are required to provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to certain high-risk individuals. Stand-alone Medicare Advantage plans (those that do not offer drug coverage), are exempt from this requirement.
