Is MEChA de Stanford connected to other Chicano groups off campus?
Though locally autonomous, MEChA de Stanford is connected to other MEChA chapters on a local, regional, statewide, and national level. We attend state and national conferences each year to collaborate with and learn from other chapters on issues concerning the Chicano/Latino community. Also, MEChA works with other community groups such as PODER and YUCA, as well as other student groups such as the USSA.
