Is Mead still Experiencing Growth?
Yes, even though Mead severely restricts the number of “out of district students” we still experienced nearly a .5% growth in student enrollment this past year. Over the past five years the District has grown by 350 students. Even in today’s real estate environment, growth is coming to the north Spokane metro area. Planning and preparing for it now is the best way to continue to have quality schools in Mead.
