Answer Thanks for your inquiry, Joni. IMHO, in general, a Swedish massage should be fine for a client with a pacemaker as long as the therapist avoids the local vicinity of the pacemaker itself. If you are the therapist, I would get pre-approval from the client’s attending physician before proceeding with a massage however.
