Is Martin Johnson a good manager for the england rugby team?

No I don’t think he is a good manager for the england team, he was a great player, is a nice guy but did not have the experience for the job. If England had been the best team in the world when he took over I think he would have been fine for the job much like the South African manager Pieter De Villiers who did not have the experience but had a great team left behind by Jake white but when Johnson took over England were rebuilding and I don’t think he had enough experience for that job or to deal with the RFU which to be honest interfere to much. I believe that Jake White would be the best man for the job he built South Africa into the Best team in the world and he has said in the past he would take the england job. But maybe stick with Johnson as it is only 2 years to the world cup and it took Jake White years to build up the SA team into world champions and he didn’t have the best of starts either.
