(In my opinion) No. I cannot answer this question. There seem to be enough evidence of Marin been Seiya’s sister. However, in the manga series, in the last episode, Seiya died in the underworld, but on earth, you see Seiya’s sister along with Marin. In the anime series, this did not happen.
