No. He judges people by intelligence. If your asking this question because of the song “Rock ‘n Roll Nigger”, the song is not meant to be racist. It was meant to be about people being themselves and fuck anyone who doesn’t understand their individuality. To prove my point, if you read the lyrics to the song, at the end it says “Brian Warner what a nigger” and for those of you who don’t know, Brian Warner is Marilyn Manson’s real name. Besides, Marilyn Manson didn’t write the song, that was Patti Smith and she had the same intentions.
