Krista Ranillo is Manny Pacquiao‘s leading lady in the up-coming Metro Manila Film Festival entry ‘Wapakman”! Lots of noises are now heard, see and read taht the two are having an affair. Is this part of a publicity stunt to perk up interest so that people will watch their movie or there is truth to the rumor.
