Mann Bracken LLP is a collection law firm. Usually when a collection case is in a collection law firm, they attempt to collect the accounts and sue if no results. They then would initiate post judgment proceedings (wage garnishment, home liens, asset seizure, etc). Alteast while I managed at a collection law in MA, that’s what we did.
