Is managing the intra-entrepreneurial teams conflicts a source of creativity?
ABSTRACT In this paper, we wonder about the impact of demographic diversity of an entrepreneurial team on its creative capacity. The demographic diversity of a team represents a source of intra-group conflict. This conflict is double: the cognitive conflict and the emotional conflict. The cognitive conflict which is born from the heterogeneity of the entrepreneurial team members can have a positive impact on its capacity with being creative.
