Is male grooming pure vanity or a positive sign of taking pride in our appearence?
YES Contrary to what grooming-phobes suggest, men taking care of their appearance is not a sign of self indulgence and vanity. The rise in popularity of male grooming products has gone hand in hand with the culture of men being conscious of what they are eating and how much exercise they take. How harmful can that be? And if we’re talking vanity, surely it’s more vain NOT to take care of yourself. That bleary eyed, greasy haired, spotty version of yourself is so naturally fantastic you can’t improve on perfection.
