Is machine gunning an answer to prison overcrowding?
Of course it is AN answer, but there will be a whole slew of those opposed to this citing ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ etc. I personaly would consider it a serious option for capital murders involving rape or similar and/or abduction especially of minors. However perhaps the real question is would you be willing to do it, to which I have to answer NO. There just might be one innocent among the guilty!
