A4. Yes. They had dynamic linking with machine code in the earliest versions of Windows and OS/2, and it remains the basis of most operating systems (DOS is the exception). We do NOT claim to be inventing dynamic linking, or pcode. However, dynamic linking of pcode was not done under Microsoft operating systems until our first Code Server! Q5.
