I’m truly sorry to be unhelpful, but recently it seems that Amazon have altered the reference to Askville on their website so as to indicate – wrongly – that Askville functions as a kind of Amazon help desk. Several of us have written to Askville requesting that this be changed, because many people like yourself come here with a technical or product-related question that should really be directed to Amazon. We’re just a bunch of plain folk with a great discussion group (you’d be welcome to join) but not an extension of Amazon. So sorry that you’ve been misled. Feel free to complain to Amazon about it – you’re by no means alone.
