Treatment for Lymphoma is quite possible in India. But you have not given any details like type of cancer, stage, grade etc. The treatment options depend on various aspects of the disease and the patient. If the disease is in the initial stage – say Stage I or II it is certainly curable and I have seen patients living for more than after treatment. Please do not worry and consult your doctor. Removing one swollen node is not enough and there may be other places affected.
