Is luck play an important role in starting modeling career?

Luck definitely plays a role considering the majority of models signed by top agencies were scouted – they did not attend open calls or send in pictures. It’s all about being in the right place at the right time, when a scout from a major agency is walking by. It might be on the street, in a restaurant, mall, night club, sports event, beach or anywhere else. But you can’t have luck if you don’t at least have the right height, facial features and body type. You are born with that. There is no way in the world you can make yourself taller or give yourself high cheekbones., But if you are not scouted, then you either send in a headshot and full body shot to agencies (details on most agency websites) or attend open calls if they have them.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
