Is Lower Queen Anne a safe neighborhood?

There are several parts that are considered “lower Queen Anne”. Does this family live on the side closer to the downtown, closer to Aurora, closer to Interbay or closer to Fremont. I lived nearer Fremont and I loved it. Really Queen Anne is really safe because there are only a few ways off and on the hill – one of the safest places in the city. It is richie rich also. Walks during the day are safe. There are parts closer to downtown that are not necessarily unsafe at night but shouldn’t be walking around with kids becuase it is definately cityish with lots of clubs and people of that sort out and about. If you are on the Fremont side, you can always walk into Fremont. There are also little parks that are along the water which are peaceful and located in a business park so you are always being watched. You could walk all the way to the top of the hill which is fairly rigourous with a 3 year old in a stroller but there is a park up there and a library and cute little shops. You could als
