Is Lower Pacific Height a good area for investment?
Yes. My office is in Pacific Heights and we specialize in that area. Homes in that neighborhood have done better than most and have not dropped in value like other areas. The neighborhood is very walkable and is a short commute (5-10 minutes) to the FInancial District. It’s very central and has good weather. It’s a must to have an experienced agent talking to you about property values and quality of construction.
