Is lock-out service available?
Lockout service may be available for residents from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday). You must have submitted a convenience key to management and you must have a Renaissance I.D. cardto verify that you are the registered resident of the unit. Outside of regular office hours, this service is only available to residents who have signed an agreement (cost $10), and then only according to the terms of that agreement. We urge every unit owner to leave a key with a neighbor for this eventuality.
