Yes. Both names are interchangeable for the purpose of discussions and our website. They refer to the same lots in the same development. Since it was registered in 1984 LOA has represented the lots located in the Phase I section of the Juluapan peninsula. Effective 5 November, 2008 Las Lomas del Mar is the neighborhood name chosen by the Board of Directors and General Assembly of LOA. For legal purposes, the Asociacion de Propietarios de la Peninsula de Juluapan, A.C, is correct.
