Is LiveAgent installed on our server or is it a hosted solution?

LiveAgent is installed and hosted locally on your server. We are not a hosted solution and do not host any LiveAgent servers. If you do have a hosted server, you will need to make sure that you can install server side software as well as make changes to settings in IIS (Internet Information Services).
