Clinical studies done on hyperlipidemic NIDDM and hypertensive patients showed that Lipascor® (xuezhikang®) is suitable in regulating lipid levels. Furthermore in these studies, the NIDDM patients showed enhanced blood glucose control with the addition of Lipascor® (xuezhikang®) for treatment of hyperlipidemia.
