Is limewire illegal and if you get caught with it can you get arrested?
No, you would most likely not be arrested and just be fined for the amount of songs you downloaded e.g. if you downloaded about 1000 songs for Limewire you would be charged for those 1000 songs but if you downloaded 5 songs they wouldn’t come after you basically the more songs you download illegally the more of a risk they would come after you and the more money you would be charged but Limewire itself is not perfectly legal except people who use Limewire need a license to be able to use it and ofcourse nobody is going to purchase a License when they can download it illegally so really it just depends on how many songs you downloaded but no you wouldn’t get arrested.
